Old Faithful Ale
A few weeks ago, Jeff and our neighbor Chris (who will henceforth be referred to as our neighbor, though technically we don't live next door to them at the moment) concocted a batch of home brew. It tastes good despite the dubious production process and the addition of a few too many carbonation tablets (they both swear the recipe called for two to three tabs per bottle). Either way, we've got ourselves a couple of bottles of Old Faithful Ale--it greets you with a geyser-like jet of foam when you uncap it and tastes slightly like a Flemish sour. Quite delicious, really.
