The Ring
Those of you who know we are engaged have been requesting a view of the ring. Here it is:
Our friend Mike Zapata's father is a jeweler in Chicago. Galo helped up choose the setting and the stone and then cast both our rings. They are beautiful. Thank you, Galo!
You all will have to wait to see Jeff's ring until August 2, 2008 when we get married in Grand Rapids, MI.

Congratulations!
Amy and I ran into your mom a couple of weeks ago and the word wedding came up. Amy forgets to tell me the news. Usually I do see your mom during the school year but have not this year.
Then we had lunch with Kim and family. She has two darling kids and has not changed.
Hope to see you when you are in Michigan.
